African Democratic Congress says Atiku Abubakar has completed payment for its 2027 presidential nomination form.

The party confirmed a ₦90 million payment via bank draft, backed by an official receipt dated May 8, 2026.

ADC described the move as part of its early preparations for the 2027 election and a sign of growing activity within the party.

The formal presentation of the nomination form is expected to take place in Abuja in the coming days.

This marks one of the first major steps by a top contender as parties begin positioning ahead of the 2027 race.
