Enzo Fernández opened the scoring in the 18th minute with a powerful long-range strike, giving Chelsea early control of the match. The home side doubled their advantage in the second half when Fernández turned provider, setting up Andrey Santos for a close-range finish in the 67th minute.

Tottenham responded through Richarlison in the 74th minute, pulling one back and briefly shifting momentum, but Chelsea held firm under late pressure. Spurs came close to equalising when James Maddison forced a crucial block from Jorrel Hato, while Mathys Tel also struck the post earlier in the game.

Despite the defeat, Tottenham remain just above the relegation zone but are now under serious pressure, needing at least a point on the final day to secure their top-flight status.
